Society of Construction Law

Planning a seminar or talk?

The Society, in its role as an independent and neutral body promoting the study and understanding of construction law, actively encourages discussion and events such as seminars and courses on the Society of Construction Law Delay and Disruption Protocol.

The Society has the copyright in the Protocol. If therefore you wish to use it at an event that you are planning, please email the SCL webmaster at feedback@eotprotocol.com, providing details of the event and how you would like to use it.

Whether the event is academic or commercial, we ask that the publicity material makes it quite clear that it is not a Society of Construction Law event but that it utilises material published by the Society [in the UK] and that, if the Protocol is reproduced or quoted, it is done so with the Society's permission.

We also ask that you give details of the two websites, <www.eotprotocol.com> and <www.scl.org.uk> in order that participants can access further information about the Protocol and the Society itself should they wish.

No more than 10% of the total text of the Protocol may be quoted.

The Society is interested to hear of events that are planned and welcomes your feedback at feedback@eotprotocol.com.

Thank you for your co-operation.
