SCL LAUNCHES DELAY PROTOCOL AND HOLDS JOINT
MEETING ON ADJUDICATION WITH TECBAR ON 4TH DECEMBER 2001
A joint event was held on Tuesday 4 December in the National
Liberal Club, London. Mr. Justice Forbes gave a talk entitled
"Adjudication - the first 1000 days". The Chairman was Professor
Rudi Klein, chief executive of the Specialist Engineering
Contractors Group and visiting professor of construction
law at Wolverhampton University.
